The rules that govern your use of this website. Short version: Virtuse is a non-custodial hub that connects you to independent, vetted partners — we don't hold your funds, execute your trades, or give financial advice. Effective 20 August 2026.
1. Who We Are
The contracting entity
This website (virtuse.com and its subdomains) is operated by Virtuse Group Pte. Ltd., a company with its operational office in Bratislava, Slovakia, and group headquarters in Singapore ("Virtuse", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Virtuse Group Pte. Ltd. governing your access to and use of this website. Contact: support@virtuse.com.
Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using this website in any way — browsing pages, subscribing to the newsletter, using our free tools, or clicking through to a partner — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 8; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. What Virtuse Is — And Is Not
We are a non-custodial hub, not a service provider
Virtuse curates and lists vetted, independent partners across Bitcoin-related categories — buying, mining, lending, custody, treasury, tax, and trading bots. We do not ourselves operate an exchange, hold client funds or private keys, open accounts, execute trades, provide custody, extend credit, or perform identity verification (KYC). When you use a partner service, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with that partner, under that partner's own terms, privacy policy, fees, and regulatory licensing — not with Virtuse.
We are not a financial adviser
Nothing on this website — including partner listings, blog articles, market data, or free calculators — constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Bitcoin and other crypto-assets are volatile and carry a genuine risk of partial or total loss; you should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decision, and only ever risk what you can afford to lose.
From exchange to hub
Virtuse previously operated differently; the website has since transitioned to the non-custodial referral hub model described in these Terms. For the regulatory detail behind that transition, see our AML & Compliance page.
3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
Who can use this website
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use this website. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing this website and any partner service is lawful where you are located — some partner services may not be available in every country, and you must comply with the local laws that apply to you, including tax reporting obligations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure, or other users' data; scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract content beyond normal browsing; introduce malware or disrupt the website's operation; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or interfere with our referral or analytics mechanisms in bad faith (for example, self-referral abuse). We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who breaches this section.
4. Partner Services & Referral Relationships
You contract with the partner, not with us
Every regulated service reachable through this website — buying Bitcoin, mining hosting, Bitcoin-backed loans, custody, treasury management, tax reporting, or trading bots — is provided by an independent third-party partner, most of them MiCA-licensed Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs). Virtuse is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any agreement, transaction, KYC process, fee, or dispute between you and a partner. Each partner's own terms, privacy policy, and fee schedule govern that relationship, and you should read them before proceeding.
How referrals work
Virtuse earns a referral commission when you sign up with or use certain partners via links on this website. This is how we fund a free-to-use hub. Receiving a commission does not make Virtuse an agent, employee, or joint venturer of the partner, and does not mean we endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the partner's service, security, solvency, or regulatory standing.
No warranty on partner services
We take reasonable care in choosing which partners to list — for example, favouring MiCA-licensed providers — but we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of any partner's advertised rates, features, or licensing status at any given time, the availability, security, or performance of any partner's platform, or that a partner will be suitable for your needs. Partner details (rates, terms, licensing) can change without notice on their end; always verify current terms directly with the partner before transacting.
5. Free Tools, Market Data & Content
Calculators and charts
Our free tools (Bitcoin Data dashboard, Retirement Calculator, Rainbow Chart, Root-Scale Cycles, BTC Dominance, 200-Week Moving Average, Fear & Greed, Trading Volume) are provided for informational and educational purposes only, run entirely in your browser, and are not investment advice or a projection, promise, or guarantee of any future outcome. Results depend entirely on assumptions you enter or that are built into the tool, and historical performance is not indicative of future results.
Market data accuracy
Live price and network data displayed on this website is sourced from third parties — including CoinGecko, Binance, and mempool.space — on an "as available" basis. We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, or up to date at the moment you view it. Do not rely on data shown here for time-sensitive trading or financial decisions; verify current prices directly with your exchange or partner before acting.
Blog and editorial content
Blog articles reflect the personal views and opinions of their authors (principally Virtuse founder Ras Vasilisin) at the time of writing, and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice, nor do they necessarily represent the views of Virtuse Group Pte. Ltd. as a company. Macroeconomic and market commentary can age quickly — check the publication date and treat older articles as historical opinion rather than current guidance.
6. Intellectual Property
Our content
The Virtuse name, logo, website design, and original text, graphics, and tools on this website are owned by or licensed to Virtuse Group Pte. Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Partner logos and trademarks displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those partners, not to imply endorsement by them of Virtuse beyond the referral relationship described in Section 4.
Your licence to use this website
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, or distribute any part of this website, or use our content to build a competing product or service, without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is"
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website, its tools, and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Bitcoin and crypto-asset markets are inherently volatile and speculative; nothing on this website removes that risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Virtuse Group Pte. Ltd., its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or funds, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any partner service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from a partner's acts or omissions, market volatility, or reliance on market data or tools provided on this website. Where our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence, or under mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you), nothing in these Terms limits that liability.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Virtuse Group Pte. Ltd. harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of this website, or your violation of any applicable law or third party's rights.
8. Governing Law, Changes & Contact
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and AML & Compliance page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtuse regarding your use of this website, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as our services, the regulatory landscape, or the law evolve. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date; material changes will be flagged prominently on the site or via the newsletter before they take effect. Continuing to use the website after a revised version is posted means you accept the changes.
